To ensure the best possible placements, IT First Source has a uniquely rigorous two-tier candidate screening procedure that provides clients with exceptionally qualified personnel.

The recruiting process begins with the pre-qualifying phase. Each prospective applicant is screened via the telephone or Skype to determine if a formal, in-person interview should be scheduled. This phase is essential to productive time management. The respective hiring specialist, project management and staff management then conduct a formal interview. The technical interviews are verbal and sometimes administered in written form. Further processing includes two management references from each applicant. A collaborated hiring decision is then made based on the information composed throughout the process.
